How much does Revolution.Aero US 2019 cost?
The ticket prices for Revolution.Aero increase as the even draws closer but we do have multiple discounts available in the run up to the event. To find out how much tickets cost at the moment you can click here.
Are there any discounts available?
We offer a Super Early Bird and Early bird discount before tickets become full price, these savings allow you to book at a significantly discounted rate depending on how early you register.
We also have group discounts available when booking more than one attendee. There are also a number of free places available for qualifying start-up companies. If you are a start-up and interested in attending please contact Hannah Burton email@example.com
What does the registration price include?
Event registration costs include conference entry, access to the event app, 3 cocktail receptions, lunch on two days, breakfast on two days, two refreshment breaks each day, access to the slides and video content after the event.
Can I access the content online after the event?
All of the conference slides are made available to attendees throughout the conference. We also record the conference in its entirety and upload this to our website broken up by session. so that it is easily digestible for you to access online after the event.
Some speakers specifically request not to have their slides or presentations shared online. If there is a session you are looking for that you cannot find online please contact Hannah Burton firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I register as media/press?
The event is attended by press and media representatives. Press and media passes are available upon request.

How do I register as a start-up?
There are a number of free places available for qualifying start-up companies. If you are a start-up and interested in attending please contact Hannah Burton firstname.lastname@example.org for more information about this.
What is the refund policy?
If you book your place for the conference and are then unable to attend, we are happy to refund you in full if you advise us more than two weeks before the start of the event. We are also able to offer you credit towards another event in the future if you would prefer.
I need a visa to attend your event - can you help with this?
We are happy to assist with providing visa letters for our events. A booking must be made and payment must processed and settled before we can issue a visa invitation letter. If the visa is delayed or refused we are then able to refund the conference costs.
Is there a discount at the conference hotel?
We do have a special group discount for the Grand Hyatt, San Francisco. A code to access the special rate will be sent out to all attendees on confirmation of their booking.
What is the dress code for the event?
The dress code for the entirety of the event is business attire.
Are there any evening events?
There is a welcome reception the evening before the conference starts on the 22nd September and there will be a closing reception on the evening of the 24th September. On the evening of the 23rd of September there will also be a drinks reception held at the hotel.
