Max is the Co-Founder and CTO of H3X Technologies, which builds the lightest integrated motor drives in the world for aviation and aerospace applications. At H3X, he is responsible for product architecture, electric motor design, and core technology development. He is a multidisciplinary engineer with a laser focus on physics fundamentals and deep knowledge in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and materials science. Max’s background includes holding key roles in electric vehicle modeling, powertrain architecture, and electric motor design in both the automotive and aerospace sectors. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is an alumnus of the Wisconsin Electric Machines and Power Electronics Consortium (WEMPEC).
