Aerion Corp. has ceased operations citing a lack of available financing for its plans to bring a family of supersonic aircraft to market.

First look at EHang’s VT-30 passenger aircraft

The company’s two-passenger lift and cruise aircraft is targeting a range of 300 kilometers, for journeys such as inter-city travel between Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau.

Oxis Energy faces bankruptcy

The UK-based lithium-sulfur battery developer, and supplier for the Bye eFlyer 800, has entered into administration and is selling off its patents.

Hybrid Air Vehicles reveal hybrid electric airship

The company’s Airlander 10 aims to cut CO2 emissions by 90% on routes such as Barcelona to the Balearic Islands or Liverpool to Belfast.
