Textron eAviation acquires Amazilia Aerospace
Textron eAviation, the electric aviation segment of Textron, has acquired Amazilia Aerospace.
The acquisition will see Amazilia’s workforce of about 30 employees based at its facilities in Munich, Germany integrate into Textron eAviation. The firm is a specialist in digital flight control, flight guidance and vehicle management systems for both crewed and uncrewed civil aircraft.
